We offer a complimentary estimation for the cost of your jewellery repair, which is a no obligation service, if we note other work you may benefit from while we have your item we will give you to opportunity to have additional work done. Please note that a standard charge may apply simply to cover any applicable postage, and insurance costs on your behalf should you choose not to proceed with the repair.

A Jewellery repair would on average take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the type of work to be carried out and depending on whether you wished to have an estimate first. Please note the turnaround times may increase if specialist supplies may be required, precious stones etc and around bank holidays and Christmas time/New year.

All jewellery repaired come with a 12 months warranty on the repair undertaken. Please note the warranty is on the craftsmanship and excludes misuse or wear and tear.

Watch Repairs

We offer a complimentary estimation of the cost of your watch repair. This is a no obligation service. Please note that a standard charge may apply with some brands of watches if returned to the manufacturer and also an additional fee to cover any applicable postage and insurance costs on your behalf should you choose not to proceed with the repair.

The watch repairs turnaround times will vary based on the work required so please come in store for more details and we will gladly advise you.

All watch repaired come with a minimum of 12 months warranty on the repair under taken, most have a 2 year one. Please note the length of the warranty will depend on the manufacturers and applies on the craftsmanship excluding misuse or wear and tear.

Batteries and Links

We can also replace batteries on site and remove or add links to watches. This service is operated in store. We will endeavour to provide this service whilst you wait but there may be occasions where we would ask you to return within the hour.

Our prices are as follows:

Batteries only £10.00

Battery and pressure test £50.00

Pressure tests are to ascertain whether the watch will withstand water pressure if used when swimming or diving.

Links on fashion watches £10.00

Links on Swiss watches £15.00

Clock Repairs

We offer a Clock repair service from our Wolverhampton store for all types of clocks. We have been offering this service for over 165 years and stayed true to our roots as great great grandfather Henn was originally a well-known clock maker in the West Midlands.

We do understand grandfather clocks are bulky and you might not want to transport them which is why we offer a pickup and delivery service of the bigger size clocks within a reasonable distance of the store. Please get in touch to find out more.

We offer a complimentary estimation of the cost your clock repair, which is a no obligation service. Please note that a standard charge of £50 would apply to cover the cost of the hand delivery of your clock to the clock maker, should you choose not to proceed with the repair.

All clocks repaired come with a minimum of 12 months warranty on the repair undertaken and apply to the craftsmanship excluding misuse or wear and tear.

All services undertaken for clocks include an in depth cleaning of their movement (cleaned, re-oiled, and regulated). Please note this applies to the inside of the clocks. Should you wish a cleaning of the outside of the clock, we will be happy to provide a quote.
